No parking lot we look for parking on the back of the H-Wood 1 hr and 30 minutes and we couldn’t find the parking spot and the room is no smoking but the guest in the other her room is smoking right outside the room and my 2 kids is asthmatic so that why we decided to check out even we driving until 11:08 pm at home it’s was terrible. I won’t stay there ever I hope you’ll give me a refund

This hotel was clean with great mattresses (not too firm or too soft) though they were full size, not queen. The staff at the front desk were helpful when we needed toilet paper and towels on the day that our room was not made up. I think that we may have left the room a little too late for housekeeping to clean the room, though we were out by 10:30am so they may have just forgotten that day. My only complaint is that the room was not modernized. It had very few outlets. There was only one outlet by the bed and it was on the wrong side for me to use my CPAP machine, Luckily, the CPAP has a long cord and a longer hose. There were no USB outlets. Perhaps, the lack of modern features is part of what makes the place inexpensive. I would still recommend this hotel for a clean, comfortable place to stay while in the Anaheim area, particularly if you are visiting Knott's Berry Farm.

Between the chirping smoke detector noisy street and neighbors we got almost no sleep. There’s no one on the property to help so you’re kind of stuck. There was a bathtub but a sign that said not to use it. The bed was hard. Other than that the place was decently clean and centrally located for hanging out in Downtown LB.

A nice and well maintained property. The apartment was a good size with its own small yard to sit out in the sun. The front of the property goes directly out to the shared pool. I was not a fan of the added identity check that you have to submit prior to arriving. I booked this last minute and nearly missed this step and as I was on the road got into a bit of a panic with poor signal to submit images of ID and then a scan of my face. You’d think payment should be enough to secure the booking. However, other than this, it was a pleasant stay.
