The hotel has a great location if you’re looking for St Mark’s square proximity. Breakfast was nice. Just be aware the hotel has an annex and you may end up there. You leave the hotel, go down a short alley, through a small courtyard to their annex building. The room was ok but we would have preferred the main building. Breakfast is in the real hotel. Also, for those who care, English language tv is scarce and inconsistent.

This was a great property!! Staff was extremely helpful and helped plan travel, dinner, and activities!

Very dated, two single beds pushed to make a double which moved a lot. Coffee not replaced daily.

Good location by the water bus stop on the Grand Canal and thankfully a bit away from the crowds of St. Marco district, which is easy 10-minute walk away. Big room, marble-everywhere bathroom, comfortable bed, strong AC, BUT the carpet in room 101 should have been replaced 10 years ago. Guessing it used be white, but now it is gray-ish and covered in dark stains all over. Oddly, a porter entered the room "to check the minibar inventory" while we were in the room resting in the afternoon. Why the inventory count was not done during the cleaning earlier in the day??... Not a 5-star hotel category.

Nice size and well appointed room. Staff service with a smile. Restaurant staff were all attentive. Food’s presentation and taste were excellent! Will definitely come back to stay in this hotel when in Milan. Ciao

Lovely apartment! This is a part of the hotel but separated, but it utilizes the same staff (who are lovely and helpful). The apartment was absolutely beautiful and comfortable. The location is perfect, especially for a first time visit to Venice. It’s close enough to walk to all the main attractions but it’s far enough that it’s not as chaotic as close to those areas and quieter. We loved the location and our apartment had a terrace where we loved seeing the locals and tourists enjoying the square. The bathroom was large and well done and it was a large comfortable bed as well. Would stay again!

Beautiful place to stay! Just note this is not in Venice City Centre. You have to take a 10 minute bus and 10 minute train. Amazing breakfast here, games to play during some down time.
