Our experience can only be translated in one multilingual word WOW This have been my 3 rd visit to Venezia myself and i have not experienced this type of service , quality and wow factor . The establishment , its history and location was only the beginning of our Wow factor. I can honestly say the entire staff brought it to a level that i never saw before and can only dream to receive in the future again . Amazing place to stay, we will definitely be back. Christian, Julia and Martina were amazing. Management has done a great job with this property and we appreciated everything they did for us during our stay. The whole staff goes above and beyond, thank you so much to all.

Unbelievably friendly staff, really quirky rooms that are really well designed and furnished. A very stylistic and unique Hotel

Rooms were nice except old small tv, there were no bathrobes, pool was additional 20€ per person…. Parking 35€ and 10 € tax per person. Staff was nice!

This hotel is phenomenal. Super clean. Very roomy. The most amazing staff. Super nice, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Well worth every penny. The location is also great. It’s quite but close enough to everything. Loved our stay.
