This hotel is phenomenal. Super clean. Very roomy. The most amazing staff. Super nice, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Well worth every penny. The location is also great. It’s quite but close enough to everything. Loved our stay.

Our experience can only be translated in one multilingual word WOW This have been my 3 rd visit to Venezia myself and i have not experienced this type of service , quality and wow factor . The establishment , its history and location was only the beginning of our Wow factor. I can honestly say the entire staff brought it to a level that i never saw before and can only dream to receive in the future again . Awesome place to stay!

The staff was very helpful

We stayed at this hotel for three nights. We had one issue when we discovered that the sofa bed sheets were not clean. We reported it to the staff, and they replaced the sheets promptly. We also had to request a blanket, bedsheets, and pillows for the all beds. Compared with other hotels, I believe these are basic items that should already be provided. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay. The staff were amazing, the hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was excellent with a great variety of choices.
