"Just renovated and super clean. Everything is new "
Some rooms were still being renovated. New furniture, carpet, bathroom, lobby, hallways, etc. Good location just outside of the main center of Falmouth. A short walk. Very close to all shops, restaurants and bars. Very quaint town. continental breakfast was average. right across the street from a Dairy Queen and on the side a great little Portugese home bakery/diner that looks like a dive but has awesome breakfasts.

We caught the ferry to Martha's Vineyard and this was a great place to stay. It was a clean, spacious room. The staff was helpful in referring a nearby place to eat. I would definitely come back to this hotel!

This was our second family stay at Bayside Resort in two years. We really like the hotel and recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy all Cape Cod has to offer, while staying at a family friendly hotel. There are two reasons why I'm giving this review 4 instead of 5 stars:
1. The hotel attempted to charge me the full amount due prior to arrival, even though I booked it through Expedia, using the "book now, pay later" option - that means I pay upon check-in. I called the hotel, they admitted it was a mistake and apologized.
2. Our room this year was on a first floor. The people in the room above us had children running around from 6am to 11pm, and we heard every step - it was extremely loud, the noise reduction is non-existent.

A nice compromise between a bed and breakfast and a contemporary hotel. Has "old time country inn" feeling, but with the conveniences of a modern hotel: ATM, gift shop, restaurant, bar, pool. Nice grounds, too. I felt very comfortable here.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property and grounds are lovely and include a clay tennis court. There is parking on site. The fact that it's outside the center of Oak Bluffs makes it a nice quiet retreat. It is a bit of a walk to get downtown however (about 20 minutes) and there are no sidewalks. Not a problem during daylight but at night can be a bit scary with the traffic. We are looking forward to staying here again soon. I'm recommending this place to all my friends!

I attended a conference there and didn't have much time for going out around town. However, the indoor facilities, such as the pool and steam room, were just what I needed to put the "icing on the cake" for my weekend. The staff is great, very helpful and always greeting you with a smile.

The Bourne and Sagamore bridges cross the Cape Cod Canal, linking the mainland and Cape. Sandwich, located by the canal, preserves its heritage as the Cape’s oldest town. Falmouth, a quintessential New England town, is flanked by Buzzards Bay and the Nantucket Sound. The Nobska Light sits at the tip of this peninsula in Woods Hole, a hub for oceanic research and home to an aquarium and ferry port.
