We're regulars at the Sea Crest. We usually stay once or twice out of season and once in season. We have young kids who love the pool and the beach. They done significant work recently updating part of the resort. It's always a good time and recommend to it everyone.

We reserved the room the same day as the trip. The hotel was very easy to find, even at midnight. The staff was pleasant but a bit reserved. The other guests were all outgoing and welcoming. Our one problem was we requested a (handicap) accessible room and even though they had one open we did not get the accommodation. When we brought this to the desks attention they checked and the system has that request off in a small area. They apologized and suggested next time we ask as we check in to see if they are aware and have such rooms. The heater in the room was noisy, and being right below the window blew the curtains around when on. The heater was the only thing I would downgrade the stay over.

This is hotel is ideally located. It is situated on the waterfront and adjacent to the local lighthouse. Moreover, its within walking distance to shops and restaurants. This is a large facility with a main building and multiple outbuildings. It is clean and nicely landscaped. It is a historic hotel, has some age to it and a few signs of it. Nonetheless, its a beautiful facility with a huge entry/lounge area and restaurant. I had an enjoyable stay and would recommended it to others.
