The place was poor completely different than we saw on the advertised photos

Pool was great Having a high edge bath for the shower not good as made it difficult to get in and out with potential slipping issues for older guests

Penthouse was amazing. Very clean with fantastic views. Breakfast was great and the restaurant was handy and food pretty good. Cocktails and snacks by the wonderful pool was another treat. The pool was clean and good for all ages. Only disappointed that the BBQ wasn’t available for use and we didn’t have some condiments in room eg. salt and pepper etc. Also our check out was a bit messy as our luggage wasn’t picked up from room in time for transfer. Just a little disappointing but otherwise would highly recommend. Would definitely stay again

Great stay

We stayed one night, on our way through from Yeppoon to Cairns. The room was dated but acceptable, but the shower was horrible! The grout was very mouldy (although the rest of the shower looked clean) and we didn't want to have a shower at all!

Amazing views and excellent to stay. Furniture was simple and needs updating but overall, it was a wonderful stay! Location is PERFECT.

Loved our stay here! Super friendly staff, great complimentary breakfast, and convenient pool towel service. The location near the port is unbeatable for joining activities～

The main mirror was dirty and smudged. There was no shower gell and very little shampoo. Window blind inadequate to keep out light. No phone. Only one chair in the room. Hard to sleep due to noisy music emanating from the room next door. Reception closed when we departed at 09:30, when it was advertised they would be open from 08:00.
