Great place to stay, just off of I-55! Clean and spacious. Kind and super-friendly staff seriously gives the atmosphere of being at a cozy B&B versus a hotel. Highly recommend!

If I could give this hotel a -100, I would. We called around 1:30 a.m. to let them know we would be checking in late and arrived around 3:00 a.m. Our room was in a separate building and before we even got inside, the exterior entrance door was broken and completely unsecured, meaning anyone could enter. That immediately felt unsafe. The first room was filthy: the shower floor was black and dirty, the toilet paper holder was broken, pillows were missing pillowcases, there were two bags of trash left in the TV cabinet from a previous guest, the shower doors were dirty, and there was a large bug/spider on the bathroom floor. I showed the front desk employee pictures. She was very apologetic and tried to help by moving us. Unfortunately, the second room had the same dirty shower floor and several dead crickets. We were then shown a third room, and it was also dirty with the same evidence. By around 4:30 a.m., after three unacceptable rooms, I requested a full refund, which they thankfully provided. This property clearly needs new or significantly improved management, housekeeping standards, maintenance, and security procedures. The hotel appears neglected. This hotel clearly needs better management, housekeeping, maintenance, and security. The property feels neglected and unsafe. I do appreciate the front desk employee for being kind and trying to help, but I would not recommend staying here in its current condition.

I enjoyed my stay there

Stayed to attend Reds Fest. Great location, not far from the MLK Park, Reds, and Ground Zero. Lobby and rooms clean, common kitchen accessible for guest. Check in is all automated, so no front desk. Owner very nice person

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Location worked for our needs.
