Muy bonita y conveniente el lugar. Lo único q es un poco difícil de conseguir ya que está en el área peatonal y no puedes llegar en auto. Está un poco escondida y la recepción está a parte de la propiedad. En edificios diferentes. La habitación muy cómoda, walking distance del centro, tiendas, restaurantes. Muy limpia y de buen gusto. Recomendada 🙌

Easy check in, offsite location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very big, new apartment in super central position. Good kitchen, so you can cook at the apartment when staying. The grouting in the showers had clearly not had mould removed for some time, with orange mould prolific on the grouting. (I’m sure this wouldn’t bother most people, but it shows you the place is not deep cleaned as regularly as it should be) The bottom step of the staircase is loose, ready to break any moment. (This is concerning given the deposit is taken from your account, not just held temporarily) Overall, recommended. The location can’t be beat.

On arrival, airport conditioning and elevator were not working. As a 64 year old with arthritic ankles, I had to drag my heavy suitcase up 3 floors to my room. Air con was broken all night (as was elevator) so I sweated all night and got little sleep. Went out in morning (walking down and up stairs still to/from breakfast - great breakfast btw). Returned in the evening to be told it was fixed. But not in my room! Rude staff member insisted it was my fault for 'playing' with controls. It was eventually fixed but both AC and elevator were not working for short periods throughout my 7 day stay. In my room, one rail over the safe to hang clothes but NO cupboard space, so had to live out of a suitcase. Gap at bottom of bed so small it was necessary to climb over the bed to get to a mirror on the other side. Breakfast good. Most staff friendly except the guy I mentioned earlier. Clean and modern. Coffee in lobby from a machine but not in room. Fridge but full of stuff they want to sell you at high prices. Pool and solarium are great, despite what I have read in other reviews. Noise was not an issue for me, again despite other reviews, although I was at the back of the hotel - I can imagine that front of hotel is pretty noisy. Last moan - and I am disgusted by this: the first night, when I had to bake in the heat and couldn't use the elevator, I had a bottle of water from the fridge. They refused to let me have this for free as some sort of apology and charged me for it at the end!

Great location for the beach and the nightlife around 10 mins walk away from both. Very helpful staff allowed us to have a shower on our last day after our check out, which was greatly appreciated after walking around in 28 degrees for hours due a late night flight.

Excellent in every aspect

Lovely stay at this small hotel, hosts were wonderful, very chilled and unobtrusive, though were always about if needed. This place is a perfect get away place for people who love a couple of days of peace and quiet. We had a hire vehicle which was useful as there is nothing about in the immediate location, you can easily get a bus or taxi to town which only takes about 7 minutes but is uphill so I personally wouldn’t want to walk it, that’s just me being me though. They have private parking through their main gates which is useful. The hotel entrance is off the main road so be careful as our sat nav took us down the road next to it and it’s very narrow and hard to do a turn back. We will definitely return for another stay.
