Extremely helpful staff. Property was true 5 star!

I have no choice to leave bad comment to this unit. Sliding door and back door cannot be locked. Washing machine is leaking and make wet the whole kitchen. Ants is all over the kitchen. It make our living experience very bad, unsecured, and worried about our belongings, feeling unsafe throughout the entire stay... And the wifi cannot be connected . Even we had feedback and sent photos and video many times to property operator, they don't even bother, never send anyone to take a look. Very disappointed and spoiled our mood of vacation!

This was a great hotel in a great location. It's in the CBD but just off the main streets enough to be quiet. I could easily walk to the Southern Cross rail station, the Vic Market, and tons of other fun places. It is also super close to lots of busses and trolleys so getting around was really easy. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with a huge array of options - pastries, cereal, eggs, sausage, pancakes, toast, beans, potatoes and more. So tasty. The property was clean and staff were friendly and accommodating. I felt safe and secure as a solo traveler. The only (minor) downside was that there was no view. It's a tall building surrounded by other tall buildings, but I'd rather go out and enjoy the city than see it through a window anyway. All in all, I would definitely stay there again and would enthusiastically recommend it to friends and family.

Always love my stay at Atlantis, a great location and clean, spacious rooms. Great for catching the skybus to and from the airport and not far from great eateries. All for a great price. Will stay again.

How many hotels turn the fridge off so your drinks are hot until you work it out and do not supply milk for coffee. But gave me powered milk when I asked for milk. How cheap is that. Unbelievable.

Everything was great. The heater wasnt that strong and the room got a little cold but all and all it was good
