Super clean, and fantastic location to explore the city on foot. Also easy access to the Streetcars, and grocery stores. Communication could have been better - several messages on platform have gone unanswered - but the staff on site were super helpful. Room (203) was finished to a fairly high standard, although if you are a light sleeper you may benefit from some ear plugs as you face onto fairly busy road, and the dividing wall/ filled door to the next room is pretty thin. Some fantastic eateries around - Mikaku around the corner was a standout (approx 3 min walk), and Bisou French cafe (approx 5 min walk) had some incredible pastries.

Everything you can desire in a hotel, and some more... Very modern with a small but well-equipped room with a high-tech and charming water kettle (and great coffee and tea), perfect shower and delectable toiletry, fabulous bed, and a great smart TV. Impeccable cleaning. Top-notch equipment at the gym. Helpful staff (thanks, Ron and Serg!). Perfect location for those who prefer to be within walking distance from Union St. It has become my new reference in downtown Toronto. Thank you for your awesome service, Union Hotel!

Great staff

It was fine but not having much in way of breakfast options loses value for me Otherwise it was fine
