Perfect location to walk to the major sport venues plus the river front

The complementary breakfast was very good. The pool and hot tub area was nice. They could have had more employees for breakfast, food was slow in getting ready. Also should have information for surrounding area restaurants.

TV remote/TV was not working properly. Had to use controls on the BACK of the TV to turn it on/off. Streaming service was not able to cast from my phone to the TV. A man came and tried to get it to work but only enabled on screen Netflix/Amazon Prime: I was not able to cast those streaming services from my phone/acvount. Eventually, with some difficulty, I was able to get Standard Netflix, (not my account) Man who tried to help get TV set up stated that RCA devices, (like the TV in my room) was often difficult/impossible to format correctly. I have a reservation at this hotel for next weekend also. If the issue hasn’t been resolved by then, I doubt I would stay there again.

It's hard to quantify "good taste", but this hotel has it in spades. The style hearkens back to a Victorian hotel, and the staff were very helpful. It's a beautifully-maintained property. And dinner at their on-site restaurant was superb.

The beds were terrible, the rooms were hot despite AC. The breakfast was nearly nothing. The elevator was shotty. They didn’t have bedding we had to ask twice and it was dirty. For 5 people they gave us one travel size shampoo and conditioner in the room. The hotel itself smelled bad. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve had but the pictures look nice lol
