very nice room,,I booked 2 rooms, one for my daughter and partner,, issue with the air conditioning, didn't seem to work well,, staff checked it out at 5pm and said it seemed to work well, but they had to call again at 1am( couldn't sleep because it was too hot) figured it out that they had to change a filter, and worked good after,, recieved a sorry when checking out

There were several reviews on google stating the A/C didn't work in the room. I did not have that problem.

Comfortable 2 bedroom duplex unit. Well equipped kitchen, stack W/D, fireplace, deck with Adirondack chairs. Grounds well maintained. Pool has been closed and walking paths deteriorated. Ceiling lights not working. No path to lake from these units.

Clean room

Friendly front desk staff. We were able to check in a little early and offered a high floor, which was nice. The omelets in the morning and the evening reception drinks were awesome. The fitness center was nice too. I enjoyed the Peloton bike.

Window in the shower? Not advised. Shower head and wand holder broken.
