El hotel está súper bien ubicado, vale 100% la pena, está en muy buen estado aunque se siente ya un poco deteriorado, las camas son firmes pero en general bien Como comentario, si llevas carro el estacionamiento de ellos está como a 10-15 min dependiendo el tráfico, es gratis pero tienes que pagar taxi/uber cada que lo recojas o lo dejes, ellos no lo hacen por ti

I loved the location. The staff was helpful. The mattress was very hard and didn’t get to to sleep well.

Although the hotel is beautiful, the food was terrible and the hot tub is not hot enough to be called a hot tub. The terrace was also not available and it was one of the reasons why we booked this hotel.

The staff was friendly and informative. We truly enjoyed our stay.

We love everything! Location, the view from our room; it had balcony 😍 room was very spacious, breakfast was very good 😊 will love to come back! Guanajuato is a beautiful city with a great weather
