"Room is good but some of staff is not good"
When I checked in hotel, the staff was very good enough. But, even I stayed suitroom and I asked checked out lately-due to I saw guard line of staying- the staff who was other staff said I couldn't check out lately. She was very unkind and speaked out very unlikely. Moreover, when I checked in, it was raining and food truck parked in front of main enterrence, I couldn't handle my baggues but nobody helped me. It was so weired, and I feel getting worst. So, I just want to say, room is not bad, but the staffs have to be more educated what is the duty and service, and why they should help and welcoming guests.

The hotel I had originally chosen was full. Expedia operator suggested the caesar, which was nearby. When we arrived we were given a free upgrade. The price was reasonable, service was excellent, everything was very clean. The bedding was first rate.

"Centrally Located, Well-Appointed, Great Service!"
When I first arrived at Kingsway Hall, to be honest, I wasn't super-impressed. The hotel is on a quiet side street, didn't seem to be in the "center of everything" and the decor looked a bit dated. I got to my room, and it was ok - or so I thought. As it turns out, the climate control didn't work, so I froze all night. When I mentioned this to the staff the next morning, the maintenance crew "fixed" it, but now the heat didn't turn off, so I baked that night. When I mentioned this to another staff person, Iggy, he immediately got in touch with the hotel manager and they moved me to a better room with climate control that worked. In fact, she personally walked me to the room to make sure everything was fine, and both of them checked in with me again to make sure I was happy. This was truly awesome service. As for location, it took me a day to realize that Kingsway Hall is only a 5-10 minute walk to the center of Covent Garden area - it really is super close to everything. Having it be on a quiet street was actually really nice to come back to after being out in the noise of Soho, Covent Garden, and Picadilly Circus. I do with the decor was modernized a bit - the styling is from the late 80's/early 90's - just not my taste. However, the service, location, and overall value means that I'd definitely recommend it, and would definitely come back when I'm in London.

Overall very nice, clean rooms, helpful staff, great location. Only four minutes from the nearest tube stop - which is a very important convenience factor to me. It also has a nice lounge area, and the breakfast provided by the hotel was very nice

"Great property in fantastic location"
Stayed for 5 nights - excellent location being directly opposite Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park. Also a Waitrose mini (supermarket chain) directly under the hotel which is convenient for food or other necessities. Room was ample and had a large Kingsize bed. Good modern bathroom, on the small side, but made up for with high quality shower fittings (dedicated shower, and not a shower over bath, which I always appreciate). Only criticism would be the TV reception was grainy which is an odd thing to see these days and the aircon was a little noisy - switched it off in the evenings. Ordered room service a number of evenings and the food was delicious and service fairly quick. Didn't use the restaurant or bar but did take a look and had a nice vibe and looked nice. Was easy walking distance to Paddington (about 15 mins), and easy access to 2 tube stations nearby (both about 5 mins walk) from which central London was just 10-15 mins. A few restaurants in close by streets within 5 mins walk also. All up, I'd certainly stay here again.

"In The Heart Of London"
From the time we arrived (3:00 am), we felt welcome. The staff were attentive and prompt in taking care of us. The room was welcoming and well aired. Immaculate and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the service, top notch. Room Service was excellent. All in-house food was also delicious. Being in the center of London made life very easy for us to get to wherever we needed to get. The transport system is easily accessible.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Edgware hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
