Everything was great and as expected.

The rooms are always clean and fresh and maintained by the staff daily. Breakfast buffet had a large variety of foods which slight changes were made to items. Shopping nearby is affordable and love the megapolis outlet. The staff were friendly, however most didn’t speak English which made it difficult to communicate. Great experience!

I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience. When my family arrived, the rooms had a strong unpleasant smell. The biggest issue, however, was how the hotel handled an emergency situation. I was detained by immigration officers at PTY Tocumen International Airport in Panama and was separated from my family. My family explained to the hotel staff that I could not check in because I was being held by immigration and that the reservation was in my name. Despite the fact that our rooms had already been paid for through Expedia, the hotel refused to allow my family to check in under the existing reservation. Instead, they were told they had to make an entirely new reservation and pay again if they wanted a place to stay. With no other options, my family had to use money they could barely afford to spend. Afterward, I requested a refund through Expedia because we were unable to use the prepaid reservation due to circumstances completely beyond our control. My refund request was denied, and I lost the money I paid for the original reservation. I hope management reviews how situations like this are handled. Travelers should be aware of the hotel's policies regarding prepaid reservations and emergency circumstances before booking.

My stay at this hotel was 9 nights and i extended another 3 day/nights . The breakfast was almost the same everyday,upon asking if they do have different stuff i was told No thats what they select. All the staff was good throughout my stay except the receptionist who gave out my info to persons at the front desk mind you they werent staying there .i felt unsafe
