Nice apartment ! Clean and great location

The Good: Comfortable Stay: I slept very well during my visit—the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Great Views: The unit offers a lovely dual view looking out over both the ocean and the city skyline. Areas for Improvement: Cleanliness Issues: The floors inside the apartment were quite dirty. Walking barefoot or in socks left the bottoms of my feet black and filthy. In addition, the complex hallways had a unpleasant odor; I strongly recommend management thoroughly mop and sanitize the floors and maintain hallway air freshness between guest check-ins. Poor Communication & Deposit Stress: Communication from management was extremely poor. I ran into an issue with my Visa card and had a very difficult time reaching anyone for assistance. The night before my arrival, I was completely stressed out trying to get clear details about my security deposit due to the lack of response. Final Verdict: The apartment itself has great potential with its comfortable bedding and beautiful views, but the management urgently needs to improve guest communication and overall cleanliness to make the experience worthwhile.

Arrived at ny 12 noon check in per my registration with a couple of bags of perishable items to cook over the stay. Once I arrived I was told that they do not do check in until 3 PM. I showed them that the check in per my reservation was at 12 noon and that I had purchased food that could not sit in a hot car for three hours. I was told that they would expedite the room cleaning and inform me soon on the check in. I returned in 45 minuted and there was another associate there that stated that they would not be checking me in until 3 PM. I again told them about the perishable items and my check in time being 12 PM and they told that was not their problem. I asked to speak to a supervisor and then had to drive to another building to speak to him. After another 45 minutes of speaking to him to figure out what to do I was allowed to put items in the refrigerator of the room. 1 1/2 hours of ny food sitting in my car in the hot son. They finally allowed me to enter the room at 3 PM even though my check in time was 12 noon. The hot water also did not work in the master bedroom although it was fixed 1 hour before my check out time.
