The hotel is conveniently located near Point State Park and Market Square. The lobby was nice, but the room we were initially given on the 11th floor was very cramped. Although it was advertised as 300 square feet, it felt much smaller. The entrance was very narrow, making it difficult to move around with luggage and kids. After we spoke with the front desk, the staff was helpful and moved us to a kids’ suite, which was spacious and comfortable. The original room was not worth the high price, but the kids’ suite was worth the cost.

First I would like to say the Hotel was very Beautiful. I do love the history of this hotel. I can see why someone would want their wedding here. The check in process could be better. I didn't feel comfortable sending someone my license via internet to check in. In this world with Data Breeches it's just not safe and I don't feel comfortable. So- it takes a little longer to check in at the desk, it's fine. The 1st room we had unfortunately, the air conditioner was not operating properly. The Staff concierge was so nice enough to move our room. The place was beautiful and spotless. We had everything we needed for a fun family visit. The gym was very well equipped, and a plethora of weights. I was very pleased. The staff was very kind and always welcoming. It was a pleasurable stay. We will visit again. Thank you.

Wonderful small Inn in Pittsburgh. I had previously attended high tea, which was delightful, so decided to stay there for this trip - all the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and breakfast was delicious! Delightful Inn!

The bedrooms could use some furniture or shelves for clothing and some lamps or soft lights at night Also no real table for a family meal Great space, convenient and the parking is helpful and reasonably priced Loved the bathrooms Good place to stay

Stains on chairs and bench. Dirty carpet. The shower curtain was also very dirty.
