Most of the staff very good,breakfast vgood selection,nice to have 11am check out..

Lovely apartment, great staff who fixed a hot water issue within 15 mins of reporting. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine. Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. But not really anyway around that so it’s no one’s fault. Good location with an NCP carpark accross the road.

Clean room and really close to Anfield stadium

Excellent hotel in a great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Evening meal in the bar was delicious and had a very nice view.

The rooms were dirty, I had problems with spiders and the bathroom let out a stench each time water was used.

The room was disgusting bed was full of bed bugs was absolutely horrible did not sleep one minute
