The staff was lovely and we really appreciated the complimentary luggage holding, beach towels and chairs. We were able to hear our neighbors- thin walls & gaps on the doors contributed to this - but nothing unexpected since it’s in a busy area of south beach. We were a bit disappointed that the pool hours on the handout were not accurate. Overall a good stay in a clean safe hotel.

Sirtaj is conveniently located just a block or two from Rodeo Drive, making it an easy and safe area to walk around. The only drawback was the parking situation due to ongoing road construction—you may need to walk about a block to access your vehicle. That said, the staff were very helpful and transparent in explaining the parking process.

Lively area. Short taxi ride to everything. Property is beautiful. Wonderful Beach Walk. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Great experience.

4 nights - staying with elderly mother near Hospital. Room did not have working Air Conditioner and Shower. Complained early next morning and the Staff promised to change room for nights 2-4. Hotel did not make change for 2nd night so we checked out after 2 nights. EXPEDIA AND HOTEL'S CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWFUL. IT TOOK ME 3 HOURS / 3 PHONE CALLS WITH EXPEDIA TO get barely 1/2 REFUND (which included self servicing keycash points) versus full refund. GOLD MEMBER Trending Towards PLATINUM. POOR customer service experience

They sent a welcome message the day before we were scheduled to arrive which had a lot of good information, including that the front desk sometimes goes on breaks which was our experience when we arrived. If I hadn't seen that message I might've been a bit annoyed. The hotel does not have any carpeting which is an interesting choice as it made the room more noisy than most, but the room was also pretty spacious and the bed was comfortable. The hot drink and water dispensers they had in the lobby were most excellent! We knew they did not offer a breakfast bar of any type but didn't realize there wasn't any type of place within walking distance - not their fault. The staff was friendly and the couple of questions we had they were quick to help with.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....
