Great location and accommodation

The staff was nice, the room small but it was clean. The room actually had a desk fan which we appreciated. The only thing we didn’t like was the bathroom was very small. The hotel was in a very convenient location.

It was so warm in the room. It was 66 outside and close to 80degrees in the room. Asked to switch around 6pm. Front desk guy said another room would feel the same. Around 2am, my husband went downstairs and asked another front desk person if we could switch. He let us feel the temperature of a room on the first floor. It was much better and we were able to sleep from 2-10am.

Positives: -- Nice hotel proximal to the train station, multiple shops, and the main city of Belfast -- Very attentive and helpful people at the front desk -- A reasonably spacious and clean room with a very nice bed and great shower Negatives (minor): -- Internet is not very strong (at least in our room) -- Could not figure out the coffee machine -- Electric sockets not ideal

Fantastic accommodation. Home from home. Christine was extremely friendly and accommodating and communication was very efficient.

Not only the best hotel in Ireland but arguably the best ANYWHERE!
