Very clean room and well equipped. Entry via keying in a code for street entry door and then room door - no staff on site, but available via telephone/messaging. Only convenience store nearby, so it is a walk to restaurants and bars etc. Close to Anglian cathedral and walking distance to town centre.

Lovely apartment, great staff who fixed a hot water issue within 15 mins of reporting. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine. Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. But not really anyway around that so it’s no one’s fault. Good location with an NCP carpark accross the road.

A lovely twin room with excellent views of the Mersey and Liver Building. Hotel parking was a bonus. All staff were very friendly and helpful. A lovely few nights in Liverpool.

The room was disgusting bed was full of bed bugs was absolutely horrible did not sleep one minute

Fantastic location, very modern clean studio, friendly staff - even able to drop off case before checking in so not having to carry around city b4 5pm check in

There’s a few complaints about the hotel room that we were not happy with: *smell of the room as soon as we walked in *bathroom smelt like sewage, so much so it made one of us gag to the pint of being sick *dead flies on window sill *dodgy tap in bathroom *crumbs in bed that made us itchy *kettle lead small so had to make hot drink on floor *noisy fridge *sockets loose and overheated phone charger *mould in the shower *water sounds from toilet

Stayed in a few hotels and apart.ents in LIVERPOOL(from therd! Live elsewhere now)TheMALDRON beats the lot,price,attitjde everything is just ŵright...nowbereelse from now on..
