Key card didn't work and then when we got one that did work the room door only opened about 1/3 because it hit the bed. The room was stifling hot and the window wouldn't open it was painted shut. There was a fan but it just moved hot air, it was 10 times cooler in the hall. It was so hot I slept with a wet towel and we left at 6:30 am to experience the joy of fresh cool air.

We feel the breakfast let the hotel down. Times stated are 7am to 10am. That should mean that there should be full availability and the hot food should be hot. We had our breakfast at 9 each morning and the hot food was warm not hot. It was a shame as it did let the hotel down. We did enjoy a very tasty meal in the early evening.

The room was very clean and staff were very helpfull and friendly breakfast was very nice also.
