great location for the beaches!

Liked the location -close to the downtown area -all within walking distance. The breakfast could be improved upon, as it is advertised to go to 10am, but most food seemed to run out by 9:30 ish. Staff and cleanliness were excellent. Be aware there is no elevator - and it is a 2 story location. Request main floor if you have heavy luggage.

Hotel is clean and location is amazing. Staff are friendly. My first disappointment was at the check in when I was told breakfast wasn’t included. When I booked the hotel, I didn’t pay attention, but considering the hotel is in a luxury category and by the price, I thought it was obvious breakfast was included. My bad!! Second disappointment. My room was super small and the toilet was loose. I let the lady at the reception desk know and, she told me she’d send someone to fix it. Two days later I checked and the problem hadn’t been solved. Advertisement x expectations x reality. It’s advertised that the hotel has a roof top and the image shows some lights and people mingling. I thought the roof top would have a bar, some music and people, but it’s only a space with some tables and chairs. My bad again! No lounge chairs for a sunbath, no umbrellas if too sunny. I didn’t ask, but I guess you cannot have a meal served there. It’s only a space to chitchat with a friend or family. Restaurant and bar. The hotel has a restaurant and a bar with a space outside that is super nice and convenient, but prices are the same or higher than many other options around. Which makes it not really attractive.

****IMPORTANT INFORMATION**** We booked the economy cottage, the listing says there’s 4 double beds, but there is only 2 double beds and the rooms are very tight and do not have room for extra mattress on the floor. There’s also no staff that speak English so when you go to the office you get a number to call instead. Wifi is blotchy, doesn’t work in the bedrooms. Otherwise, the cottage was clean, and if the description was right it would have been a good spot as it’s really close to a beautiful beach and lighthouse.

Hotel was as expected. Clean, but tiny. Be prepared for the frosted glass wall bathroom. Good value and location.

Very clean, staff friendly, and food was good and amenities were nearby.
