Arrangements were so easy, the staff was very responsive, the rooms were super clean, bed comfortable, kitchen very well stocked, it even had a washing machine with soap. I had read reviews that it could be noisy but with the double windows closed it was so quiet. The best was the tram stop is right outside and you can get back to the hotel from any location so easily. The neighborhood is perfect--lots of fast food (Starbucks, McDs etc) but also so many cool cafes, restaurants, and nightlife. I would 100% return!

The room was clean, with a bottle of water replenished daily. The staff was extreme courteous; they even borrowed me an umbrella!

Air conditioning was greatly appreciated. Woman at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast. Very nice, clean, small hotel and we would definitely stay there again.

Great property receptionist went through everything with us and very knowledgeable.About a 20 minute walk to the old town plenty shops and places to eat.

The hotel is centrally located within the city centre. It's also quite easy to reach using metro from the airport. The breakfast buffet was very nice too.
