We have stayed at other Kempinksi hotels before and this is no different. The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast is great, many choices with lots of healthy options. I booked Deluxe room, it is not a suite but is very spacious. They put in another bed for my son and there was still plenty of room to walk around and relax. Nice perks like free water bottles. Bathroom is a bit small, but overall everything is very nice.

Excellent stay in the Hotel with a very friendly staff, nice ambiance atmosphere in the lobby and clean stylish rooms. Special surprise was the option to use executive lounge during the day. Once arrived earlier, we were offered to use the gym and sauna before we could check in and that was a pleasant option as well, particularly to refresh yourself after an early flight. Excellent buffet breakfast with a lovely view on Nevsky!

This was my third stay. I chose between Savoy and Metropol because the price for a two-room suite which I needed to accommodate two adults and a child above 12 was a much better deal than Metropol could offer. Besides, I like the feel of this hotel, which is small compared to other luxury hotels. The swimming pool is great. From Metropol, I only miss the sauna, which is big there and heated at all times and not just in the morning and in the evening. I highly recommend this Moscow classic.

Stunning pool (heated outdoors) and gardens. Hotel was a bit out of town but easy enough to get a bus into Sochi. Buffet breakfast nice and evening meals good too in the restaurant. The only drawback for this hotel is there is no information / leaflets / advice for tourists on what they can do in the local area. The staff, although polite, lacked inspiration for what to do and for advice in the local area. We were offered a private guide at an exceptionally high price - but hotel was unable to offer suggestions at varying price points. In the end we went into town and just booked ourselves on to a Tour (in Russian) - but hotel needs to offer more inspiration/advice to its guests if they want guests to stay for a longer amount of time in Sochi
