Room was lovely and view was amazing. Would have been nice to know that there was a large building site with cranes for a big part of the view though. Staff were very helpful in arranging a birthday surprise for my parter including some birthday banners, balloons and a small cake free of charge.

My stay at Parkroyal was fantastic! I love how clean, spacious, quiet, and comfortable the room was. There is a filtered water station in the bathroom which was quite nice. The pool opens later (till 10:30pm) than many other hotels I've stayed at, which was so nice after spending a hot day touring the city. The breakfast was also amazing with many options. I would've appreciated more guidance for navigating the nearby area. For example, there is a hidden pathway to go from the hotel directly into the mall next door, which I wish I had discovered earlier.

Overall the property was clean, staff were excellent and we loved our stay at the hotel. It was quiet and easy link to MRT and the rest of singapore. One area of improvement we felt was the update in the bathroom to really make the hotel 5 stars after an update. Beds were comfy and spacious with a view over the marina.

Stay was very pleasant, room was clean. Only that we were given the room opposite of the lift so being pregnant it was quite a walk even though I have requested a room near the lift. So if you'd like a room near the lift, do double check with the staff during check in as it is 1st come 1st serve basis All the staff that we came across were very polite and will greet you. Breakfast which we top up for, the spread was very decent. Plenty of variety

We loved this hotel it was so close to everything and we even had an amazing view so every night we were able to watch the fountain show outside marina bay sands. I would definitely visit again because the staff were amazing and went above and beyond looking after us. Thank you so much
