"Great, affordable hotel for travelers from the US"
The only negative thing I can say about this hotel is that the lack of air conditioning made my room sort of comfortable at times (traveled in May). Other than that, my stay was fabulous.
The breakfast cost 30 PLN (about $8) and was well worth it. It's all-you-can-eat and has a good assortment of meats, bakery items, cereal, and other things.
The staff were helpful and politely switched to speaking English when they heard my awful attempt at Polish.

This hotel is in a great location overlooking the river and near to the main centre. Our room was good with comfortable beds and a free safe but was rather too hot for a good nights sleep. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, all spoke good English. The breakfast was quite good value for the money and we had a superb meal in the restaurant on our final evening.

Great place! Close to everything, but just far enough outside the main square for quiet. Walking distance to old town, Jewish quarter, churches, wawel castle, parks, shopping, etc. excellent staff, nice rooms, everything was great. Highly recommend!

We had a very pleasant 3 night stay in this excellent hotel. We arrived in the early morning and reception was helpful and prompt. The room was large and bright and in 1st class condition. It faced into a lightwell so we had no real view but as we did not spend the daytime in the hotel this was not an issue.
Breakfast was excellent with a range of hot and cold choices together with a full range of pastries and cakes. Prosecco and Vodka was also available if you so desire. We also booked the hotel Mercedes to take us back to airport at a reasonable 80pzl.
If you want to spend time in the old town be aware that it is probably a 2 mile walk although there is plenty of trams, buses and a metro.
We would recommend No31 restaurant across from the hotel. Fantastic meal.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Staff were really friendly and all had great English which really helped us. They answer all our questions and had great recommendations for places to eat, drink and go and see. Warsaw is a great city and I would recommend staying in the Hilton if you are visiting.

Second time we've chosen to stay here and, if anything, it was better than the first time. Decent, clean and comfortable room, pleasant staff and a good position in the city, in the centre of the new city and 5 to 10 minute walk from the old.
Ask for a high up room facing the Palace of Culture, we found it better than last time which was the opposite. Less noise and better view.

"Excellent centra location and great base for touri"
The break of one week was great. I visited in May when the weather conditions were extremely low temperatures and even snow! The cozy room and good breakfast helped to lift the spirits. It is a big hotel, so the staff are unintrusive but always happy to help with a question or need. Good wifi, fridge in room, safe, and all the usual facilities, power points in sensible places and reasonable sized bathroom, well lit. The place is always clean and fresh, both corridors and public spaces; as well as the rooms.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The food offered was excellent as well as the variety of spirits. The spa was very relaxing, as the rooftop has an amazing view of the river. The pillows and mattress were a bit firm for my liking but otherwise very nice, spacious room with large tub and shower.
