The hotel has a good central location, and our room was spacious, quiet, and recently renovated. Front desk staff was helpful. Despite projecting a luxurious air, the rooms have several deficiencies, especially given that the hotel has a 4-star rating. First of all, they had a notice in the room that they have removed all the room safes and are rethinking the policy. Bad move. I had counted on having a safe, considering that I was paying $200/night. Also, management seems to be cheap on several fronts. The hotel seems to have no double rooms, only rooms with twin beds. No desk clock in the room. The bathroom amenities were meager: no washcloths and only shower gel from a squirt bottle. No shampoo or conditioner. I get many of these amenities at 3-star places, so what is this 4-star management thinking?

Hotel was a short tram ride to Old Town or Palace of Culture. We stayed only one night on our way home, but enjoyed our stay. Room had a great view. Staff was friendly and helpful. They gave good tourist advice, and arranged our taxi to the airport in the morning. The only negative was we booked for two adults and on teenager online, but the couch (2nd bed) was a bit small. Otherwise would recommend this hotel.

The Sheraton was excellent....friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Great facilities and all at a reasonable cost. The pictures do not do it justice...especially the rooftop terrace. Will stay there again in the future

The hotel was a pricey one for us. But once we received all the help from the staff we would say it was worth it and rate it to be an excellent hotel.
The staff, particularly Karal (I may be spelling it wrong) the young man at the Reception was extremely pleasing and helpful. We reached early in the morning and could check in only later in the afternoon. Karal made us feel comfortable by taking care of our luggage, offering us coffee and giving us detailed directions for the places we wanted to visit. Extremely pleasant behavior!
I would recommend Puro Hotel in Krakow to all my friends and to anyone visiting Krakow.
Please convey our thanks to Karal in particular and to the rest of the staff.

Only to Hotels in Sopot hold such prime locations on the beach and adjacent to the Pier. This is probably the best location in the entire Sopot/Gdansk/Gdynia area
I worried that Sheraton was the poor relation to the Grand Hotel next door but definitely not the case: did not regret our decision and Hotel did not disappoint.

Nice hotel about 5 minutes walk from the old town of Gdansk. Lobby and bar area has a bit of a modern industrial look/feel. Staff very helpful from rapid check in to storing luggage to arranging taxis. Bathroom nice and newish, albeit with a small shower stall. Good work desk with good internet. Room included a fridge, as well as tea and coffee. Breakfast buffet had a good number of choices and options, and it was nice being able to eat in the large outside garden.
