The room was clean. Staff spoke clear English and was extremely friendly. If I emailed the hotel before the trip they took an hour or less to reply. When I went to the reception on check in they upgraded our room for free which made us really happy. When I go back to Krakow I would definitely go back to this hotel.

Good sized room, staff also very good. Gave us a small bottle prosseco for wife birthday which was very nice of them. Only slight issue was noise at night from close railway station. However location and restaurant next door was spot on, so overall we would recommend

Very comfortable, clean hotel, excellently located within walking distance to Jewish Quarter and approx 15 minutes walk to the Old Town. We didn’t have breakfast there so can’t rate it. Staff were very attentive and friendly. As it was NYE when we were there, the hotel surprised us with a box of chocolates and a HNY greeting - a very thoughtful gesture. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Krakow.

Once again, outstanding service at the Metropolitan Boutique Hotel Krakow. We arrived early and checked in straight away. Front desk and concierge are amazing as always. Forgot the UK adapters, but that wasn't an issue. The front desk leant us two! It's the 3rd time we have stayed here. Also had a bottle of Prosecco as a gift from the hotel. Would recommend this hotel for anyone looking to travel for families couples and anyone, really. Great price, and value for money, too.

Breakfast was fresh with a good selection and served by efficient friendly staff. Omelettes and other food items could be ordered individually. Rooms were large and clean and beds were turned down daily. Reception service was efficient and any questions we had were answered. The bar is open until midnight and there was live piano music on Friday with a medley of well known tunes played by a friendly pianist. Overall a very nice weekend spent in Cracow with the hotel adding to this experience.

What a fantastic hotel! Our room was exceptionally clean and spacious. The breakfast was excellent. The location was perfect, allowing us to walk to all of the areas and attractions we wanted to see in Krakow. The staff were very professional, helpful, and friendly. We would have no hesitation in staying here again and highly recommend it.

Lovely rooms, comfortable beds, very clean hotel. I enjoyed that there was a water dispenser on each floor that offered both cold and warm water, and that our room had a reusable water bottle. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very enjoyable, and the restaurant food was delicious and well-priced. The bar was also very well-priced and had a great selection of drinks. The hotel is in a good area within walking distance to the square and old town. Definitely recommend!
