I loved the view from the 30th floor, not much noise (except from air-con at night, which I could not switch off). Lovely room, nice furniture, good breakfast. It is in a convenient location. One little criticism: there were 2 bottles of water, but no bottle opener, I damaged my key-ring trying to open

Good: Central location and fantastic buffet breakfast. Great views of the city from higher floors. To improve: My room was next door to the lifts so it was very noisy and unfortunately due to lack of availability I couldn't change rooms straight away. Affected my sleep.

The hotel is central. However, do feel it could improve it's overall friendliness as it is a holiday place. Breakfast had an axcellent choice but staff were struggling to clear the tables for the amount of people.

Fabulous hotel and location! Close to shipping, restaurants, site seeing and more. The staff was wonderful, breakfast was great-lots of variety, hotel clean and rooms comfortable. Fantastic time at Novotel Warszawa Centrum

The stay at Novotel was superb. We loved every part of our time here from the location, delicious breakfast, most helpful and kind staff, the restaurant and bar and so much more. Kasia at the breakfast area was so sweet and kind. Jazz in the restaurant was very attentive and helpful with recommendations on the best ice cream flavors to the liquor. Many of the customer service staff were very helpful as well with our requests of the To go breakfast in day or departure at 3am to odd requests of zip ties. My only complaints and not really complaints were the noise level from outside in our room- Warsaw is very lively 24 hrs a day and there are some pubs and nightclubs just below. Also the room space was a bit tight for a family of 3 with large luggage but we were able to make it work. Would stay here again 1000%. We just only left but miss is already.

Solid Option for Quick Business Trip

First time in a Novotel, would compare it to a Marriott in the US. Good mattress, reliable internet, decent gym, convenient central location. Excellent value for money. Did not try the restaurants.

My room was very clean and well serviced. It was on the 27th floor so the view was great. It was right in the centre of Warsaw, so public transport galore was close at hand. Buffet breakfast was ample and varied, very good choice of food and drink. Lifts were high speed. Never had to wait long for one to arrive. Staff were helpfull. Downsides were minor, such as confusing light switches. It took me a while to figure out which switch worked which light. There were no drawers anywhere, which was an astonishing ommission. Though wardrobe space was OK for my stuff. Bathroom was clean, with plenty of towels and toiletries.
