We were in the city for a concert and this hotel was perfect! A one block walk to the MTS Centre, beautiful room with a wonderful heated bathroom floor! Staff were very accommodating - parking does cost but once you park most things were walking distance and you can come and go from the parkade as many times as you like. The hardest part is getting the cab drivers to move so you can pull into the loading zone to go and check in.
The Elephant & Castle was excellent with great food and fantastic staff - a great place to go before and after our concert. Blaze restaurant was a bit of a disappointment, we chose to go else where after the first morning. Waited over 50 minutes for a classic breakfast, very slow service and small portions for our $50 breakfast. It is a small restaurant that could be easily served by two people instead constant complaints that they were so busy - maybe 15 tables mostly with only one or two people per table.
Hotel was clean, comfortable and we will definitely be back!

We arrived early, room was available which was nice and they allowed us to check in. We inquired for a room close to elevator and they went out of their way to meet our request. Restaurant and food good, prices reasonable.

The hotel is great for a getaway. The province groom ski trails you can ski right from the hotel. The spa pools are fantastic. The problem is that there are really no options for tweens and teens in terms of swimming. You're too old for the kiddie pool and not permitted in the hot tubs etc. You have loud adults drinking alcohol and quiet teens are not permitted. The rule should be that the spa pools are for quiet people regardless of age. Staff are all nice except for one cranky one.
