Room was very clean. Spacious for the whole family didn't have to get two rooms. Very accommodating. Altos and the indoor swimming pool was very convenient. It's getting really cold. We didn't have to leave the hotel if we wanted to have fun. Kids and ourselves loved the stay. Will definitely use Canad inns again when on vacation. Thanks so much for the great work and experience.

I had to get my room switched, the first one had construction next door as we heard drilling in the evening. The vinyl floors felt dirty the whole time. We could hear the stairwell door slamming all night long. Not staying at this hotel again.

The big problem for our family was drunken, noisy and rude neighbors. To be fair, the staff responded to our complaints quickly, but their efforts were unsuccessful. We were able to change rooms the second night when they were starting to get unruly again.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and each time just seems worse. The room was dirty, they had cleaning ataff at the hotel at 10 pm at night gathering around laughing in the hallway, and the checkout staff in the morning had no idea what they were doing. They didnt give me my receipt even after asking for one multiple times. We will not be staying here again. This is 3 times now and juat a horrible experience.
