A great place to take a three day stopover on our way to the UK from Australia Luxury hotel Excellent facilities Fantastic staff Fabulous food Great value for money We upgraded and used the Horizon Club lounge which was excellent value (afternoon tea, evening cocktails and canapés as well as tea / coffee available all day - all for a small fee above the cost of breakfast)
Well located for walking to the PETRONAS Towers, several shopping centres and the city bus tour stop only a few minutes from the hotel Only one hour in a taxi from the airport which was inexpensive
All in all a great place to relax and enjoy some of what Kuala Lumpur and its people have to offer

Had our 21st honeymoon weekend stay at Annexe Suite which was beautifully setup. Ambiance was nice and view from the hotel balcony was fantastic.
The hotel Manager even took effort to decorate our room with love swan and flower petals on the bed when we checked in, which was really sweet. Unfortunately the promised cakes was not delivered (a small issue but could have been a really perfect entry for us).
Overall very satisfied with the service, location and we had a great time over the weekend.

Expectations were exceeded as we have traveled over the world and usually have issues with accommodations that are usually overcome by the beauty of the environment. In this case we truly enjoyed our stay in and out of the room. The rooms were not only large but had high ceilings and wide hall paths giving a sense of space. The cleanliness of the rooms and subsequently the entire property was flawless. The lobby, hallways and interconnecting restaurant were connected with massive colonial arches and Palladian Windows that added sophicated appearance in a beach resort. Top all this off with first class food and selection, service that begins the moment you arrive and a massive infinity pool, you have paradise and luxury to intersect.

Hotel was bit run down , showers had their hot water handles removed so I could only shower in cold water, which I didn't mind because of the hot weather. Breakfast was reasonable , but tea was terrible. Pool was excellent and staff were very pleasant and helpful.
