"Central location outweighs some of the negatives"
First time staying here on business trip. Hotel is centrally located so good location to travel around both by taxi and walking to the harbour area. Hotel was expensive during the week I stayed and only for a basic room (10th floor). No complimentary bottled water in room, bathroom was small and needed updating. Walls were marked which a fresh coat of paint would fix. Bed was comfortable but no drawer space (only hanging closet space). Breakfast buffet was varied but the stations had the same food everyday. Good if you want a cooked meal, but expensive if you only want a light breakfast (fruit, juice, coffee etc). Restaurant food for evening meal has limited menu but quality is good and pricing is what you would expect. I would stay here again if rates were cheaper and if I wanted to explore the city.

"Brilliant hotel - excellent staff who got it right"
The staff were impressive. nothing was too much trouble. They were there when you needed them but were not overbearing. They also knew how to get things done quickly and efficiently. The room was lovely and the room service was also efficient. The whole operation was impressive.
