Nice hotel with sauna and gym

Nice hotel with a laid-back atmosphere in the bar area, with work spaces for digital nomads or to catch up with office work. Unfortunately we expected a parcel and let reception, or the customer care centre as they call it, know early in the morning, and again at lunchtime while sitting and waiting in the lobby, only to find out later when DHL tracking updated that the parcel had been refused and was being returned. My girl friend will now have to travel on without her shoes and is a bit disappointed.

There are offensive pictures, especially for youth, scrolling along the upper banner wall area in the foyer. The kiosk sign in takes too long. If there are any special circumstances or a large group it takes too long to get the room keys. Checkout was stressful. I was given the room keys and could not remember the room numbers- KIOSK fail. Thank you for having the Guest assist Room Open- the worker was helpful.

Well located art style hotel, located close to Tiergarten, the Embassy district and in walking distance to a lot of sights (Brandenburg Gate, Siegessaeule, Government district, ...). Liked the ambience the excellent and quick service of the staff for any issues and the ability to rent bikes, which allowed exploring Berlin much easier than walking, driving or using public transportation. Will be on my short list for next time.

We really enjoyed our stay. Check in at the screens wasnt very straight forward though and even the staff struggled to insert all our details. It took a long time! Room lovely and clean. Air con not hugely effective though. Great breakfast each morning. Friendly staff

Staff onsite friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. I liked that there was a fridge in the room to store water. I didn’t like the shower over the bath, the shower screen was faulty and allowed water to flood onto the bathroom floor.

Check in before midnight with a computerscreen in the hotel, just need the reservation number and name, fill out your address and passport info. It's a hotel with a lot of guests. The hotel has familyroom, which is okay but not very big. The climate control is not right (too warm). The fridge was off for energy reduction, you'll find the on button on the side of the desk. Parking was 25 euros per 24hrs. Checked in Friday evening and out Sunday morning for €50,-.

Breakfast was outstanding. Lots of quirky art work makes the hotel very interesting and rather exciting to be in. The staff were fantastic. We were there in a heatwave, Aircon in room just about adequate. Very well connected transport 100 bus takes you to the Brandenburg gate and alexanderplatz in a few minutes. We really enjoyed this hotel and we would definitely return. Checkin is via an electronic screen . However we chose to use the guest care desk and very pleased that we did as we were treated very respectfully and politely. There is a park opposite that is slightly scruffy but there are some excellent eateries around eg Japanese eat all you can and well worth a visit is doner game for cheaper eats.
