Excellent location and breakfast. Very nice property but wierd that unit we had had no windows at all. Drapes all along the bedroom wall but behind it a cement wall!! But overall great stay.

I like the location and room except to srep into the shower is too higj. No geab bar for the shower only the bath tub. Prefer for safety to scan your card to use the elevator. Was mot safe anyone can enter the elevator. Hope they address noth issues

Great central location.You can walk everywhere. Double glazed windows and quiet. Excellent air conditioning (September 1-2) . Solid structure .Quiet , some street busking music but stopped at 10pm. Excellent breakfast included. Second stay here and would stay again.

Hotel Dubrovnik a great place to stay

As I’ve been to this hotel numerous times I can say that this would have to be one of the best in Zagreb. Fantastic people and very helpful staff, the room was fantastic (executive apartment) and very clean. Would highly recommend it to any travellers that want to be close to the trams and lots of great restaurants.

We stay here prerty much everytime we come to croatia, so we stayed here twice over this summer as a stop over between travels. The first stay was great, we stayed in a double room overlooking the square. It had everything you needed. The breakfast was not too bad. The second stay we stayed in a suite on the other side of the hotel and we were very disappointed. We could not sleep all night due to heat!!! It was so hot that I was starting to feel sick, even after askign to turn the cooling down from 24 it didnt work/the cooling must of been broken. We didnt even have toilet paper.. the carpet was old and stained and the furnishings were even older and well very poor standard for the price. The breakfast was awful this time... very very limited options and some of the options tasted old/off ( the pickles, the cucumbers ect ).. Also, why does the checkin staff look so angry or bored? The older lady at reception always greeted with such an empty look on her face, a smile wouldn't hurt. We are going to have to try other hotels in zagreb after this disaster.. sorry but it needs some serious TLC at this hotel as it has potential but too many negatives

Great location in the centre of Zagreb, within walking distance of the 'old town' and with a tram stop 200 meters away. Quiet and clean hotel with comfortable beds. Lots of choice for the continental breakfast every morning. Would stay again.

Loud live music next door on Sunday night

Hotel was nice and at a very central location. However on a Sunday night live music kicked off at 9:30pm. We had an early flight and needed to get up at 2:45am so we went to bed at 9:30pm. It was impossible to get a sleep. Finally I went to see the reception and complained about the noise. I don’t how but the music stopped 10 minutes later at 11:25pm.
