People need to be careful. The hotel has a new wing connected to the old wing. The photos in Expedia show the new wing. When we booked we were given in the old wing. Room very small and very old

Great location in the centre of Zagreb, within walking distance of the 'old town' and with a tram stop 200 meters away. Quiet and clean hotel with comfortable beds. Lots of choice for the continental breakfast every morning. Would stay again.

Loud live music next door on Sunday night

Hotel was nice and at a very central location. However on a Sunday night live music kicked off at 9:30pm. We had an early flight and needed to get up at 2:45am so we went to bed at 9:30pm. It was impossible to get a sleep. Finally I went to see the reception and complained about the noise. I don’t how but the music stopped 10 minutes later at 11:25pm.

Unimpressed

I chose this hotel because it said it had AC. The hotel controls it and it stays around 23 degrees and is incredibly noisy. The carpets were stained, the walls were dirty. Definitely not anything that would warrant a 4 star hotel.

Centrally located

Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is centrally located, which is good for amenities but does mean you can hear street performers outside your window. Also the building creaks, could be the sun on the windows. So bring earplugs.

Fantastic central location, lovely hotel with a great buffet breakfast and nice rooms and comfortable beds. Check in staff and airport transfer were less than ideal. Recommend getting an uber from the airport rather than hotel transfer (which was way more expensive with no air conditioning.)

Location excellent and very close to pick up point for excursions. Room was quite good but bathroom was a problem. In shower cubicle I could not bend own to wash my feet so had to sand on one leg. Dangerous as floor was slippery. Toilet roll on the wall behind the cistern, could not be reached. This might have been an issue for me as I am a single traveller and it was a single room.
