Our stay at Tesoro consisted of 4 days and 3 nights. This hotel is really nice as well as clean. Their staff is great, everyone is really attentive and helpful. They constantly ask you if you're doing ok. During the day they have activities in the pool like aerobics and exercises to keep the guests busy and entertained. The palapa snacks are good, they have burgers and ceviche during the day as well. At night time they have dinner by the beach, you have to wake up early and go to the front desk to get a spot since it's only limited to certain amount of people. The sopa de chicharron is very tasty. The breakfast was ok, your typical chilaquiles, eggs, and fried beans. They don't have much variety. Dinner is good, sometimes they have barbacoa or chicken tacos which are pretty good. They recently updated their AC system and the room was always nice and cool. Overall, our stay was great and the staff was extremely nice. Oh I forgot to share they have entertainment shows at night time. Cultural dancers , a comedy show as well as a kids show. We will definitely return. This hotel is not luxurious or fancy but they definitely know how to treat their guests.

We make a yearly trip to Karmina Palace during the last week in September and keep coming back year after year! The quality of their food, the comfortable room, the staff, the beach, we love it all. The private beach is small and with hardly any waves which is perfect for us. Make sure you reserve at least one night at the Agave Restaurant, the sunset is gorgeous and the food is amazing. Don't miss the evening shows, the dancers are very talented and entertaining. We will be back again next year!

Great and helpful staff. Arranged for a "romantic dinner" and rose petals decorations in the room it was excellent!!!.
The bad- valet employee "J. Jesus" did not volunteered to park our car and just pointed at the location where we could park it. After we checked in he did NOT even offered to show us to our room was and just simply pointed to the direction where to find it. "J. Jesus" gave a very bad bad customer service.

I've been hosted in Colima a few times and recently preferred the Windham for the similar Price relative to the Fiesta Inn. I found more comfortable the Windham, a bit larger rooms, much more comfortable beds since the Fiesta Inn's have springs and are very bouncy, the beds are too small (I chosse the 2 double beds room and are not double or it just felt too small), what it is better in the Fiesta Inn is that the pillows are not smelly.
The pool is smaller, and the parking lot it does not have roof (Which surely you can thank on Colima's heat)
The experience for me was jus OK

Nice hotel, very friendly staff, comfortable rooms and even is away from the town is very easy to get around.
The only thing they need to offer is ice, is not safe going to kiosko(convenient store) late because you have to cross the highway to get it.
The ladies in the restaurant are very efficient and sweet!
