The lanes and streets of old Seville are narrow and winding so finding the hotel it's worth doing a bit of homework, this is not unique to the hotel but part of the cities charm. The staff were friendly and spoke English to help out my poor spainish. Lovely interior in the hotel and the free coffee and soft drinks bar was a bonus.

The hotel is located very close to all the action. Easily within walking distance to the Cathedral and Triana area just across the river. The rooms are spacious and quite with all the necessary amenities, The staff are very helpful and were prepared to assist in any way. There is a free Saville familiarization walking tour every morning from the hotel, A variety of free coffee is set up in the lounge which we enjoyed after our days adventure. Breakfast was also wonderful with a great variety of foods they even catered to my sin gluten problem. We also found the renfe rail office just a few yards away where we were able to book all our tickets for the remainder of our Spanish vacation (without trying to work through the complicated booking ticket site). The hotel WF was very responsive, however the computers located near the lobby were of the XP variety. In summary my wife and I loved everything about this hotel and Saville we will be back again.

Being welcomed by very friendly staff is a great start to a stay. The room was generous and stylish with a wonderful bed a view across the roof tops to the cathedral. We loved the breakfast - a real highlight of our stay.

I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever about this hotel. In fact, I am all praises! The room sizes are a bit small for more than one person but the bathroom has adequate space and all the amenities are up to date including surround sound speakers that connect the TV to the bathroom, a bidet, rainshower head and a handshower, as well as a double vanity! The breakfast had a wide array of options for all dietary restrictions (mine include lactose intolerance and an allergy to black pepper/spicy foods) plus we could order a la carte and special smoothies were made upon request with their variety of organic fruit options! When I wasn't able to make breakfast and had to leave early, picnic breakfasts were made in advance so I can take them to go! The rooms are clean, the views are beautiful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The location of the hotel is great if you want to explore the old town's streets and shops but it's not really a base for the beach as it's at least a 25 minute walk away. The staff were very helpful with everything I asked. As it was February when I stayed here we were able to keep any street noise (not excessive) to minimum in our room by keeping the window closed although the air con didn't seem to work when the room got stuffy and the window hinge seemed a bit dodgy. The breakfast is very good. The pool only opens at the end of March and the gym facilities are reasonable (treadmill, cross-trainer, 2 exercise bikes, exercise bench and a good set of dumbells).

For me a hotel is a place to sleep. The important part is the reception desk. As a tourist I just need a clean place to sleep.
The feception desk is excellent smiling people trying to help at all times.
Mr. Carlos Mora became our tour madvisor, restaurant suggester. Thanks to him we had a pleasent stay.
They should have a small kettlemin room. A nice cup of thea before a long day would be nice.
The room was a plain but it was roomy and clean.
