The room was clean and the waterpark was a lot of fun, but it needs some work. The bathrooms need to be cleaned more frequently and they need to rethink how they run the lazy river. Letting people swim, walk and tube at the same time ina very strong current leads to a lot of little kids being "run over" by tubers. Also they allow people to "save" tables in the eating area for the day and so when people want to have lunch or s snack there is no place to sit.

"In walking distances to all the main things in LG."
My son (15) and I just live 30 miles away but needed a little getaway. I went on Expedia and found this hotel cheap and close enough to everything in walking distance so that we could stay and hang out. We had a nice dinner, he was able to enjoy the skate park and Ft. William Henry, where we witnessed a beautiful outdoor wedding. We were right across from the bowling lanes and the weather was beautiful. It was nice to just go back to the Hotel (very clean) and relax and not have to drive home. Good time!

Love being perched on the hill above the lake with easy access to all area attractions, etc. Food was good, room was good, pool/gym were good, there wasn't anything about this hotel that we didn't like. Great for kids, etc. Comfy, cozy, nice.

The room was about average with any other hotel. The room was overall pretty clean. The best part was the breakfast. The breakfast was a lot more formal than most hotel breakfasts, and was a buffet with many options.
