Adirondack Region Vacation Packages

First of all when we got there we weren't told where the parking area was . We had 5 people staying 3 nights. There were 3 bath mats, 3 bath towels & 2 washcloths. No hand towels. No kitchen towels. The shower head didn't work correctly. Dining area lights didn't work. Control panel on the washer/dryer was falling off. No place to put our clothes. The one dresser had stuff stored in it Master bed sheets had a cigerette burn. Half empty bottles of water laying around. But the worst part was when I did the dishes, all the water from the sink poured into the cupboard and flooded the floor. I cleaned it up & we looked to see if something needed tightening but it was more than that & when I messaged the host was told they would look at it. Nobody came.

Really well kept friendly staff and was overall a joy to stay at The Perch! No complaints what so ever.

Quiet property. Convenient location.

Room was nice and clean hot tub felt like the seats were slippery with a film on them I started a fire to heat the water up anyway one of the workers added wood and brought some over that was nice. We were a little weirded out. No check in the restaurant/building in the front were in shambles. I called the number key was just left in the door. Seemed like the place was under construction with workers staying overnight. There was a camera facing our room and didn’t see anymore. We honestly didn’t feel comfortable and left. Refund was denied.

The hotel is under construction and we were not informed prior to. We booked it for the pool and the pool and workout facilities were closed. Our hallway smelled like tropic wet paint and the room had a mobile AC unit that were had zero control over. It was so loud, cold and uncomfortable we weren't able to sleep. Luckily we were leaving early for a flight so we could get out of there. The staff was super friendly and kind. There was nothing they could do to fix the situation.
