Overall the property was very clean, the front desk was very helpful and the location was convenient. Very close to many dining options and convenient to many activities. The only downside was the toilets were very loud when flushed and the air conditioners were loud. Overall the experience was very good.

Disappointed that a suite is just a regular room with a whirlpool tub. There was no 2nd room. No table and chairs , no microwave.

Pool problems , but overall a nice stay considerin

The swimming pool was excessively chlorinated . Our eyes burnt horribly like never before and we have our own pool and swim in chlorinated water 4 or 5 times a week in Nicaragua .Our eyes burnt for hours afterward anx drops only helped for a few seconds . Even after rinsing in the shower they still burned . Googled the issue and it said drops wouldn't help because a coating on our eyes was burned off and takes time for the eyes to restore it . Also , the chlorine bleached out mt black underwear and my wifes black shirt turned a medium brown except the seam remained black . Advised the office and they said the pool is auto injected with chlorine . Maybe because the pool was not used for a number of day it accumulated . Office said they would look into but NEVER got back to us . We did not use the pool again for 3 more days of our stay ,but we chose this placed because of the enclosed pool in fall weather .

From the minute we checked in the young lady at the front desk was so cheerful and helpful and same with the young lady in the evening. Both extremely helpful. The room was spotless bed was comfortable and the grounds were beautiful. We definitely will be back anytime we come to Lake George in the future.

We were upgraded from a 2 room suite to a 3 bed/2 bath townhouse...rooms were huge! Bathroom door knob was tricky and TP holder was broken but those were just minor issues. Beds very comfortable, couches not so much. TVs were in each bedroom and living room but seemed small only because the rooms were big. Staff very personable and promptly called us after checkout to say we left some items behind.
