The property and views are breathtaking! The entertainment, pools, and bars were wonderful! We thoroughly enjoyed our private dinner for two at La Luna! Our waitress was Gina and she was wonderful in every way! Breakfast at The Veranda was wonderful too. We thought some of the other restaurants and buffets had some good dishes but as a whole they could have been better! Overall we woukd love to go back and thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

Great experience with friendly staff. Beautiful hotel on the beach and amazing all inclusive food. Perfect for families.

The room was very clean and well appointed we had an amazing view and the staff are incredible. We were not all inclusive, but we did have breakfast included, which was amazing; nonpowered watersports were included in the price which was amazing. We did the sailboat excursion to the pitons which although it was reasonably pricey at $550 for two adults and two children included food drink and entry into The mud baths, waterfall, taxis up to the volcano; and the boat staff were incredible, (especially justice )

The reception was the only quality about the property I will give a 5 star. The room was average. Not bad, but nothing to write home about. The food experience was definitely sub par. It was repetitive, bland, and samey. How could fried plantains not be tasty? Most disappointing were the non responses. The Hotel reaches out by WhatsApp with a welcome and a departure message, asking you to respond, but you get no response to your message. After multiple messages commenting on a specific issue (food) and getting no response, I realised it was an automated message. No one cared to respond to my concern. The invitation to "please tell us" is a big joke. No more Bay Gardens for me. Jefferson.
