The location was good the check in desk was horrible . Mean & very rude was only interest in the surcharge to check they want $35. At 3:pm smh & kept pushing people to the kiosk any thou if was not working but hotel was clean ..& reasonably price !

I really enjoyed myself and gave me a home like environment and feeling they were very clean. Staff was willing to work with me when I had an issue with the people upstairs. Their water were leaking in my room. They took care of it right away that it expeditiously, they didn’t have me wait no time I really enjoyed the service and the amenities and the place. Thank you so much and I will be returning and trying to get a timeshare, this is brought to you through via voice text on Miss Collins, Apple iPhone.

The gaming was OK, the rewards were very limited for the amount of money we lost! Some dealers were hard to understand with very poor English skills , some were quite Negative and rude! The food options were not the best, extremely high priced with few options on the fast food or snack type lower end. Quite disappointed that I get a e-mail as I am arriving home that my new personal Rep Has some food and gaming comp options, To little to late !
