"Wonderful historical site."
We stayed there because of its wonderful historic and quirky character, and we were not disappointed. It is not a luxury hotel, and if you want a place where all of your comforts are attended to, it is probably not the place to stay. However, if you are tired of the standard hotel package and are looking for something different, it is well worth the visit.

"mixed emotions on this hotel"
It has a pleasant side door entrance, don't have to go thru casino. If you are allergic to tobacco smoke you won't like getting to your room. The room did not smell like the casino but getting there did smell from smoke. Their second floor is no-smoking. The management was nice but, the cleaning lady did not get the dust out of our room. The furniture was dated but in good shape. The bathroom was excellent and nicely done. It was a real good price thru Expedia. I cleaned the dust from the room myself with a few supplies from the Walmart down the street. Then all was well. The bed was good for us, decently soft and the sheets nicely clean. Nice big TV. The sound pollution was minimal and other than slamming doors from other guests it was a good stay. I wish it was no smoking and rooms better dusted.

"Awesome Clean Hotel with Incredible Staff!"
We visit Pahrump once a year to watch the firework demos and to unwind from our busy lifes. We have stayed at other Hotels in Pahrump but Best Western is so far our favorite! We got into town a little early so I called the Hotel to ask if I could request an early check in. I spoke with a nice woman by the name of Catrice. She had told me that the rooms were still being cleaned but she would put in a rush request to get the room cleaned as fast as possible. She called me back in 35 minutes to left me know that the room was ready. When we got to the Hotel checkin , the lobby was very busy with people looking to checkin and special requests. Catrice was working the front counter, and all though she was very busy, she was very helpful and pleasant to all of us. It only took me 5 minutes to get the key to our room. Catrice was a delight! We both joked about how kids make everything harder especially traveling! We got to the room and the kids loved it! I loved it. Even the Old Man was Happy :) It was beautifully decorated, clean and very spacious. It was a non smoking room and a view of the pool. I finally get the kids up and out to go check out the pool. the pool grounds were very clean , the pool was not heated but was warm enough for the kids to swim. They were Happy and I was happy. We got the kids ready and took them down to check out the indoor mini bowling alley. This place was amazing and the food was delicious~~

Clean and effortless. The only reason I didn't rate it a five star is because the room had a bit of an bad smell when you entered.

"Great place to stay if you are in Death Valley"
Overall the location offered a very quaint rustic feeling. The room was comfortable as was the bed. Pool was okay, but if you are there during the summer, make sure you wear your sandals to the pool edge. The concrete gets HOT in the afternoon and you will burn your feet. Overall we like the property and the setting. The buffet at night was not worth the price, I would recommend going next door to the bar for food instead.

Death Valley is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Death Valley, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Death Valley hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
