The room blew away our expectation, the staff was really nice and super helpful, the pool was awesome but the hot tub was full of chlorine. Other then that everything was fantastic plus the breakfast was great and went over other places time, which was fantastic

The highlight of this hotel is definitely the decor! If you enjoy the outdoors, this is a great place to stay. The room was clean and quiet. We enjoyed spending time in the hot tub and the indoor/outdoor pool. We did run into a slightly awkward situation when a staff member was yelling on her personal phone, but we walked away and hope this is not a common occurrence.

I love the design of Stoney Creek Hotel. The style of the hotel is beautiful and cozy. The pool and hot tub area is wonderful. The room was comfortable with plenty of space. The staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying at the Stoney Creek Hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable. Microwave, coffee, and refrigerator all clean and working nicely. Breakfast was quite good (toaster oven is elderly, though, and doesn't toast). Pool and hot tub were impressive. Hallway walls and carpet are very shoddy and dirty and spots are ripped. With the quality of the rest of the hotel, we were quite surprised these public-facing areas were allowed to become so thread-worn. Bar and restaurant were good, with exceptional staff friendliness. We'd stay again, but replace the carpet and the breakfast toaster, please!

The room we stayed in was AMAZING! Their pool was too cold for comfort, and most of their breakfast bar was closed. Otherwise it’s one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in!

Had one issue with a noisy outside door but front desk was helpful, and got maintenance on it right away and fixed the problem. Everything else was excellent!

The property was beautiful but the cleanliness of the hotel room itself was poor. There was a pod left in the keurig, there was trash left on the floors, and the matress had a pee stain on it. There was also a cockroach crawling on the bed 😐 you could tell that the bathroom counters hadnt been wiped down and there was so much hair a soap scum in the bathtub drain that the water pooled up while showering. I am disappointed.

We had a nice stay. Loved the 2 person jacuzzi tub. The room was large and clean. It was also quiet. The room had 2 air conditioning units. One had some rattling noise, so we turned it off. The location was quiet and convenient. The staff were all quite friendly. The breakfast was a typical mid-range hotel breakfast. It was a Sunday morning around 8:45am, so keeping it stocked appropriately seemed to be a challenge for the staff. That would most likely be my only complaint.
