Staff is friendly and helpful. For example, I needed help to make dinner reservations but I don't speak Japanese and I do not know how to dial the local number but front desk was nice enough to help. Much better than other hotels in Japan that I stayed at. The area has many shopping streets and a short walk to malls and restaurants. The breakfast can get busy though and the line-up for coffee can be ridiculous as there is only one coffese machine. All in all, it is clean, convinenent, and friendly. I will be back.

The property is fairly new and super clean. Staff are extremely attentive, helpful and well mannered. It is right in the centre of the city with public transport close by. Breakfast is served with multiple choices. A good pick if you travel to Fukuoka.
