The perfect resort and the free breakfast was a bonus.

I visited Jade Mountain Resort to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and we had an amazing time. The staff was wonderful—they gave us a tour of the property and decorated our room with balloons, making the celebration even more special. The view of the Pitons was breathtaking, and I would definitely stay here again.

The property was extremely outdated and some of the staff were extremely unfriendly. One of their front desk attendants also attempted to charge me an additonal $1365.00 with no explanation. There was a lack of entertainment for my group and most events ended by 10pm which was quite early. Most of the restaurants weren't that good. The private culinary experience was the best meal we had. We had a water leak in our room we called twice they said they would send someone, nobody showed up until we checked out. I would not recommend this property nor would I visit it again.

Very nice resort and having the swim up room was amazing.

The space truely allows a family or friend to share space, relax, and have many options for fun stuff as well

Everything about this resort was great- the staff was very attentive, different options for food (my favorite part was breakfast), the rooms were clean.
