Our room in the harmony conceirge side was beautiful and spacious with a great view of the water! Our housekeeper kept our room clean and stocked and all the food and drinks were delicious

We had a wonderful stay, at Fond Doux the staff was helpful and accommodating. The food was good. And the location was a perfect getaway for my family.

There was only one restaurant open which was fine (due to slow season), but (most of) the staff wasn’t very friendly and almost seemed bothered to help. We did have a few nice restaurant staff members, then went on vacation themselves. It seemed a lot of food was out of stock and the wait time for food was loooong. The upside was the food was delicious.
The rooms are great! Love the space. Nightly Entertainment would have been nice. A show or music.
It would make sense to have pool & beach towels near the pools and not at the far end of the beach where it is currently.
Loved the coffee shop! Great perk.
Bathrooms (shower) could be cleaner.
