Room was adequate Shuttle service is a multi stop shuttle. It was fine but add 15 mins travel time. EXTENDED PARKING is HIGH $14 a night most others in dfw area range from $5-$8 a night. It is not listed anywhere on their site. If you call the property and ask Qs related to parking and shuttle it will vary pending who you speak to If you don’t need the extended parking it’s a good stay for cost however if you need extended parking better hotel options available

I was in town for a cheer competition and my room was not cleaned for 3 days. The trash was overflowing, dirty towels on the floor etc. After a long day at competition I returned to my room uncleaned for the 2nd night after requesting for the room to be cleaned with the staff at the front desk. I have NEVER stayed at a hotel where my room was not cleaned at all. This is totally unacceptable. I will never stay at a wingate property again.

Lobby looked great but it didn’t match the rooms. Rooms look a little outdated. Our room SMELLED BAD ! It smelled like humidity/wet carpet - I had to use one of my car fresheners to place it on the air vent of the ac to make the room smell better. Breakfast was ok. Front desk was a bit rude. Area - close to the airport but have to drive about 10-15min for restaurants/entertainment.

Went for business. I would stay again. Room spacious, clean. Bed comfortable, looks renovated. Remodeled. Worth the price point. Only criticism would be is the bath towels are hard.
