The room smelled bad. The bed was so hard. The pillows were tiny. The worst was the shower! The door wouldn’t stay shut. I tried to run straight hot water for a normal amount of time and it wouldn’t heat up enough to define comfortable. The water literally trickled. I had to move around to get fully doused. The water did finally warm up at the end of my shower. Ridiculous! I will never stay here again. Or any TRU by Hilton.

Shower was significantly clogged, hottest the water would go is lukewarm, mattress was extremely uncomfortable, WiFi was slow which meant streaming in the TV (like intended) was poor quality, toilet wouldn’t flush properly, and the key card reader for the door took 3 tries every time. Room 320. I’m not one to ask to move rooms, because I don’t have the patience or time. Very meh. Also, for all of this, the price per night is too high.
