Staff was rude. Nickel and dime you for everything. I called asking for silver wear and was told id have to order food from their room service in order to get silver wear. Property is pretty but staff was horrible. Wouldnt go back fir that reason alone

Excellent secluded location close to retail and great foodie spots. Great restaurant inside and pool is awesome. Only downside is we had a herd of hippos above us when we stayed that ran all night.

Fantastic hotel! Loved the ammenities especially the pool and hot tub. Only negative was I got some kind of stomach bug/food poisoning from the crab cakes. My family and I spent a special weekend together eating all sorts of food and I was the only one to have crab cakes and ended up in the bathroom for 2 days after. Otherwise the hotel was fantastic!! Just stay away from the crab cakes if you order room service.

For a relaxing vacation, much needed to destress, the amount of noise from the pool was very overwhelming and went on from very early morning until after 11:00pm. One night I tried to call and confirm when the pool closed, nobody answered. I went to the desk just to ask when the pool would close, and the employee was SO rude and dismissive because others had already complained as well. My room was incorrect, when I addressed that as well and paying more for a different room the woman at the desk told me I should have said something sooner. I would never stay at this property again, and if I didn’t have a friend in the industry with this brand, I’d never even consider them anywhere again.
