The property is terrible. The smell of Lysol is so strong I have had a headache since I got here at 2pm and it's 10:52pm now. We got back and I still smell it strongly. The amenities are subpar, I don't feel super safe. The elevators are broken and won't be fixed during our stay. The property is ridiculously overpriced. Upon arrival, the workers were talking about how people can just leave if they are going to complain. Do NOT spend your money here. We will NEVER stay at a Spark property again.

Cheap cheap cheap.... linoleum floor, plastic shower wall, texture walls.... No doors on closet, no chair... Staff didn't even bother to open the locked glass door when we arrived, another guest let us in with their key. Elevator broke, toaster broke. At least room was clean.

Comfortable and clean

We found this to be a very nice hotel. The bed was comfortable, and the room was very large. They could easily add a couch to the room, which would be a nice addition. They have a continental breakfast, not a hot breakfast. But this is clearly stated on their details.

Stayed for the first time here as we had a medical appointment at Children’s. Check in was easy, staff was friendly. The room was really nice, and quiet. The bathroom was very clean. Check out was quick and we will be staying here in the future.

Property was clean. Room with king size bed very large. Bathroom clean and fresh. Stemmons Freeway very close to front of hotel so would recommend a room towards the rear of the hotel. Good value with breakfast and free parking.

The property was clean and the room was plenty large enough for more than 1 person. The elevator was not working the day I left but I was only up one flight so not a big deal and they had someone looking at it. Overall I would stay here again no question, if its a business trip the rooms have enough space to not feel cramped and plenty of workspace.
