It was okay,Staff was friendly but Breakfast was not good at all, they only had bagels muffins fruits boiled eggs and oatmeal and we were on 1st floor and it was very loud like the walls are thin so we heard all kinds of banging and noises waking us up.Due to that I wouldn’t stay here again.

I liked it, it’s a good option if you’re staying for a short time. The only thing is that the lowest volume of the TV in our room was 50, we couldn’t lower the volume from 50.

Staff was great & helpful and shuttle drivers were awesome & navigate Dallas traffic perfectly.! Breakfast and shuttle are my most coveted amenities and Spark had both. Rooms have been updated to a clean modern spacious style. Bathroom amenity’s were plentiful & high quality. Property is secure with gate and parking is plentiful if needed. For the cost this hotel is above and beyond in hospitality.

The hotel is clean, and the breakfast and coffee are good. I don't recommend it for families or tourists because it's far from the city center. The airport shuttle doesn't run on weekends. The bathroom was nice, but the dark blue color of the rooms made it feel very closed in.

I was asked for my ID & a credit card up on arrival which is standard. I was told the card would be on file for incidentals, so put it in the machine, and next thing I know, he charged me $50. When I asked what for, he told me for these, and handed me a list of amenities like breakfast, WiFi, check-out, fitness, ice and water, housekeeping, & outdoor pool. None of which I would use except for wifi and I have to check out of course. Aren't these covered in the price of the room? Or complimentary? And the WiFi and the phone weren't turned on for almost an hour! I want my $50 refunded, and I'm never staying here again! I have Stage 3 Invasive Carcinoma so I will be staying close to. UTSW for Radiation treatments but NOT HERE or any other Hilton for that matter. I'm gravely disappointed and expected much much more from a Hilton!
