What service

The hotel itself was okay but the service from this particular front desk lady was just awful. She was there in the afternoon shift then in the morning on the day we stayed. The other young lady was helpful. The price included a complementary breakfast but there were many empty items from the start of the breakfast. When I asked for eggs, the lady just answered they didn’t get any. No sympathy nor apologies as it’s normal. Talking to her was like asking for automatic pushbacks.

My stay was amazing for me and my family. It was perfect for our nice weekend getaway. The hotel is in a nice area with great amenities. The hotel staff were nice and helpful also.

The smell of Fabulosa cleaner was so strong in this hotel, I had to leave. I've never had this issue in a hotel before. So if you are sensitive to chemicals, be informed. They are heavy on the use of this cleaner in all areas of the hotel.

I was there five days before they came and cleaned my room. I had to tell him twice and I had to go downstairs and get my own towels. I have never ever experienced this before in a hotel.
